Gloria García López

Project Manager de la Unidad Mixta Roche Chus

Gloria Garcia has a degree in Biology, specializing in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, from the Autonomous University of Madrid. She also has a masters degree in management of biotechnology companies. She has experience in managing research and innovation in different entities, and was part of the Department of Business Development of Mologen Molecular Medicines, then incorporated into the Department of Coordination and Special Actions in the Genome Spain Foundation, the state foundation for the promotion of biotechnology in Spain, in charge of managing aid programs. In 2004 she began working as Area Promoter of Biomedicine at the Center for Innovation and Transfer of Technology – CITT, of the University of Santiago de Compostela where she was responsible for managing projects, activities, technology transfer and strategic organization, until 2008 when she joined as the Director of the Biomedical Foundation of South Galicia where she worked for seven years.

Gloria is currently the Project Manager of the Roche-Chus Joint Unit.
