Miriam González Conde
Predoctoral student of the Roche-Chus
Miriam González is graduated in Biology at Vigo University. She did her final project and a collaboration fellowship in the Department of Evolutionary genetic, analysing the molecular differences between gastropods. In 2016, she did a master in human genetics and genomics at Barcelona University. She studied the role of an epigenetic regulator, PHF8, during neurogenesis at Molecular Biology Institute of Barcelona (IBMB). Miriam has experienced in cell culture, molecular biology techniques, DNA/RNA extraction and shRNA production to get knockdown cell lines.
Miriam is a PhD student in the Liquid Biopsy department at Joint Unit Roche CHUS. She works in the group of Dra Clotilde Costa identifying biomarkers of therapy resistance in advanced breast cancer patients.
