Despite the heat, Lukas Pellmann’s crime hike from Neusiedl am See to Jois attracted numerous reading fans to the author’s exciting readings.
NEUSIEDL/JOIS. On August 31, 2024, author Lukas Pellmann the third volume of his Neusiedler See crime series around the investigator Nico Lauda presented at the Beachhouse of the Neusiedler See Store. Despite the great heat, numerous visitors came to see the Book premiere to attend.
“It is important to me that I present the books that are set here on Lake Neusiedl here in the region first,” emphasises the author. “I have already read the first two volumes in the Beachhouse of Gabriele Singh’s Lake Neusiedl Store, so I was delighted that she made her wonderful ambience available to me for the presentation of the third volume,” the author continues.
Second reading in Jois
The author had to cancel the originally planned hike from Podersdorf to Neusiedl in the morning due to the closures around the Ironman in Podersdorf and the announced heat Cancelled shortly. On the way from Neusiedl after Jois Pellmann was nevertheless accompanied by some fans. Together they braved the heat and finally arrived at the WeinX1 Grocery Store in Jois, where the second reading of the day took place.
“The WeinX1 Greisslerei is one of the quiet, gentle venues on Lake Neusiedl, so I was very happy that Michael Höffken and his wife Caro made their beautiful garden available to me for the second reading,” says Pellmann happily.
A cube forty Visitors did not want to miss the opportunity. They listened to the author, who was the guest at this reading Candy also read from the passage that takes place in the WeinX1 Greisslerei.
Fundraising for the Pannonian Table
As in the previous year, Lukas Pellmann collected during the hiking day Donate for the Pannonian Table. The visitors of the two readings donated 386 eurosabout which the author, who also ten thousand Calves Fees to the Pannonian Food Bank, is very pleased.
“In times when many people have to struggle with rising living costs, the Pannonian Food Bank makes an enormously important contribution,” says the author.
