‘Drunk’ Vrbo guests flood Wisconsin rental apartment by clogging sink with pizza: owner

Two Vrbo guests were caught flooding their Wisconsin rental home by clogging the kitchen sink with pizza slices and leaving the faucet running for hours, the angry owner claims.

The owner, Ashley Deutsch, claims her drunken guests caused hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage when they vandalized her property in Sheboygan Falls, north of Milwaukee, earlier this month, WDTV reported.

“The sink was clogged with pizza and other things they might have had for dinner,” Deutsch said.

The mother of four said the two men, who were visiting from Chicago, also left the faucet running before heading out for the night – ultimately using an incredible 2,300 litres of water.

Deutsch said she became aware of the couple’s alleged antics when she was awakened around 4 a.m. by constant alarms from the property’s doorbell camera.

She claimed the men were filmed slurring their words and stumbling back onto the property with beers in their hands.

“I’m going to fucking fight you in the streets,” one of the men was heard saying in the recordings before they went inside.

Deutsch said the couple resurfaced shortly after discovering the flooding and could be heard trying to hatch a plan to allegedly cover up the damage.

“Let’s get this under control now… we can say we woke up to this,” one of the men said on film.

The footage shows them throwing soaked towels, bedding and even a carpet down the stairs.

“It’s so frustrating to listen to them try to make up lies to excuse their behavior while he’s wringing a towel with his feet,” Deutsch said.

The flooding also damaged the tattoo studio on the ground floor, forcing the business owner to close for several months, Deutsch said.

The owner of the property said she would take legal action against the two men over the ordeal.
