Shaun Brady Kansas: Chef from NenaghTipperary shot dead outside Brady & Fox restaurant in Kansas City

Shaun Brady lived in Kansas City for the past decade, where he was a popular figure in the city’s Irish community.

Shaun Brady from Nenagh, Co Tipperary, ran the successful Brady & Fox restaurant and lounge in Kansas City for over a decade.

The police said they responded to a report of a shooting in a parking lot next to several businesses at the corner of 63rd and Rockhill, where Mr. Brady’s Irish restaurant was located.

According to initial police investigations, Mr. Brady was taking out trash when he noticed several people standing next to a vehicle in the parking lot.

Kansas City Police are currently investigating the murder and have opened a homicide investigation.

Meanwhile, the last respects were paid to the chef from Tipperary who was shot dead in the USA.

Police said two male juveniles were taken into custody within an hour of the incident.

Investigators will work with prosecutors to determine appropriate charges, police said.

The vehicle used in the crime was also found a short distance away in Midtown, they added.

The incident is being investigated as a homicide and the crime scene has been examined for evidence.

They said they interviewed several witnesses and reviewed all available surveillance footage of the incident.

The fatal shooting occurred yesterday at 5:15 p.m. local time in front of the popular restaurant.

It is believed that Mr. Brady happened upon an attempted carjacking in a parking lot on East 63rd Street, directly across from his property.

He was taking trash from the restaurant to a dumpster at the side of the road when he apparently noticed a line of people gathered around a parked car.

The attack occurred after a brief interaction between Mr. Brady and the group.

He was shot several times before his killer fled the scene.

Despite efforts by pedestrians and paramedics to assist Mr Brady, he was pronounced dead shortly after being taken to hospital.

Kansas City Police officials are currently investigating whether the botched robbery is related to a recent series of larcenies and carjackings near businesses and homes in the area.

Sergeant Phil DiMartino said an extensive investigation is currently underway to find Mr Brady’s killer or killers.

Witness statements and video surveillance footage are expected to be crucial.

Talented chef Mr. Brady ran Brady & Fox restaurant for more than a decade after moving to the United States from Ireland in 2013.
